Arch Coal (ACI) is cut to Sell from Neutral with a reduced price target of $10 from $14 at Goldman Sachs, which says some of ACI's key coal holdings remain unpriced in a market where demand is falling, and that it also compares unfavorably to its rivals on its earnings growth relative to is valuation. ACI -2.7% premarket.

Look at the long-term trend in coal, if demand is falling it is marginal beyond the logic of the price pullback. What a transparent "fade me a better price" downgrade.
