• Same-property gross revenues up 7.4%; NOI up 9.4%. Pro forma same-property revenue growth of 7.1% in the legacy BRE portfolio. Increased financial occupancy in the portfolio to 95.9%, consistent with that of Essex's (NYSE:ESS) portfolio.
