A federal jury in Florida has decided in favor of Philip Morris (PM) and another tobacco company in the second federal Engle case - which allows former class action members to file individual lawsuits - to go to trial. Since January 2011, about two thirds of the cases tried in Florida have resulted on verdicts for the company or mistrials. Shares -0.6% AH.

    I think the ticker should be MO not PM. MO is Altria, the parent company of Philip Morris USA. PM is Phillip Morris International and was not a party to this case.
