• Q3 core net investment income of $16.7M or $0.277 per share. Dividend was $0.29, and is announced as the same in Q4.
• After recording net realized capital losses of about $3.5M and net unrealized depreciation of $15.3M, company had net decrease in net assets from operations of $1.3M or $0.02 per share in Q3 vs. an increase of $0.41 one year ago.
• Net asset value per share of $9.40 vs. $9.85 at the start of the year. Last night's close of $8.72 is a 7.2% discount to book.
• Weighted average yield of income-producing investments of 12.6% falls 40 bps from Q2. One investment on non-accrual status with a cost value of $11.6M.
