Travelers' Fishman details health issue

• "You should know that I feel good and, with the full support of our Board of Directors, nothing about this circumstance changes my ability or plan to continue as Chairman and CEO," says Travelers (NYSE:TRV) chief Jay Fishman in a letter to employees. "I remain fully engaged and committed."
• What FIshman thought for some time was a back problem has been diagnosed as a neuromuscular condition. The issue has so far been slow in progressing, but Fishman tells company workers they may soon see him walking with a cane or other gear to help get around.
