- Allete Clean Energy, a subsidiary of Allete (ALE +0.5%), has finalized a development agreement with Montana-Dakota Utilities, a division of MDU Resources (MDU).
- Under the deal, Allete Clean Energy will develop and construct a 107 MW wind farm near Hettinger, N.D. to be sold to Montana-Dakota for approximately $200M.
- Construction of the project is expected to be completed in December 2015.
