- THL Credit (TCRD) has committed to put up $120M initially, and partner Perspeta $30M into the vehicle named THL Credit Logan JV LLC. In addition, Logan JV has agreed to terms with a 3rd party to provide credit financing, and the portfolio is expected to make its first investments before year-end.
