Activist investor nominates four for Campus Crest board

• The Clinton Group - as of November 11 an owner of 0.8% of Campus Crest Communities (NYSE:CCG) - notifies the company of its intention to nominate four candidates to the board at the 2015 annual meeting.
• Campus Crest is already in the middle of a number of strategic moves, which began with the firing of the CEO last month, and notes it has engaged Korn Ferry to help identify independent directors. Among the candidates Korn Ferry is looking at are the four to be nominated by Clinton.
