Northstar reportedly to be included in equity REIT indexes

• An acknowledgement of the fact that NorthStar Realty Finance (NRF +1.6%) can hardly be considered a mortgage REIT anymore, it will be deleted from the FTSE NAREIT Mortgage REIT Index, effective after the close on December 19, according to FBR.
• The company will instead by added to two FTSE NAREIT equity indexes.
