PulteGroup (PHM) -4.4% premarket on reports of increased pressure from the Labor Department amid an investigation into housing industry pay practices. At issue is whether subcontractors hired by the big home builders are paid proper minimum wages, overtime and other benefits as required by U.S. labor law. LEN, KBH, DHI and NVR also are being investigated.

Is Holder too busy shaking down Gibson Guitar? Justice should be working for Social Justice. Why's the toothless Labor deadbeats on the case?

Not to worry--Pulte and the others aren't paying people proper minimum wages--they aren't paying any wages at all. Employment in the construction industry collapsed long ago and now what little is left is being picked over by the Obama gang.
