In just the second U.S. IPO of 2009, Bridgepoint Education (BPI) has priced its initial public offering, expecting to sell 13.5 million shares at $10.50 per share; trading commences this morning. The company dropped its price target, set last week, which was $14 to $16 a share; it had originally hoped to raise up to $216 million and has lowered that target by one-third. . [PR]
