- Ofer Ben-David, formerly a VMware engineering VP, has been hired by NASDAQ:JIVE to be its EVP of engineering.
- Ben-David will be in charge of Jive's software development ops as it squares off against Microsoft (Yammer), Salesforce, SAP, and IBM (and perhaps soon Facebook) in the enterprise social networking software market. Co-founder Matt Tucker remains Jive's CTO.
