AT&T (T +0.9%) announces Nokia's (NOK +0.8%) Lumia 900 will go on sale in the U.S. on April 8 for $99.99. There's much at stake in the launch: NOK needs a buzz-worthy hit product in the U.S., where it has struggled; T hopes the LTE-capable smartphone will spark interest in its 4G network; Microsoft (MSFT +1.2%) needs legitimacy for the Windows Phone platform.

Plus it may put pressure on the AAPL.... subsidies are not only weird...They are like selling merchandise to legitimate profit is derived.

Good news is that LTE sucks bandwidth....2 movies consume the average monthly allocation.

T is in the right place.....AAPL may be touched a bit on this....But nothing to worry about.

    Good trading

NOK and its Lumia 900 would deserve a success. It's an excellent phone. But the buzz is still with AAPL. The herd is the herd, and with it all the hype.
