Australia is one more country where security fears are holding back China's Huawei, in spite of its emergence as a top telecom hardware vendor. The Aussie government says Huawei, already a supplier to local carriers, can't take part in its AUD$36B National Broadband Network project due to concerns about cyber attacks. Alcatel-Lucent (ALU), Ericsson (ERIC), and Nokia Siemens (NOK, SI) are seen as beneficiaries.
