Sina drops 2.6% on Pac Crest downgrade

• Pac Crest has downgraded SINA to Sector Perform, and pulled its $65 target.
• The firm upgraded Sina to Outperform last March, when shares were at $59. Going into today, they had fallen 37% since the upgrade.
