The EU is set to announce tomorrow fines for 13 logistics firms, including UPS (UPS), and Expeditors (EXPD), for taking part in a cartel to fix prices in the air freight forwarding business, Reuters reports. There's no word on how big the penalties will be, but one firm involved doesn't expect any fine to affect its financial position.
