After three days of arguments, uncertainty exists about how the Supreme Court will rule on the constitutionality of Obamacare. A decision to void the law would hit years of corporate planning, with insurers, for example, having to abandon programs to bring in millions of new customers. The ruling is due in June.

"A decision to void the law would cause years of corporate celebration because they then wouldn't have to please hundreds of new, largely unaccountable federal bureaucrats armed with thousands of new rules, most of which haven't even been written yet."

    There. Fixed it for you.

SA...your bias is showing again this morning. How about at least attempting to be evenhanded in writing these things?

The fact is that there have not been years of corporate planning devoted to this law because most of the rules have not been written. The only planning thus far has been by the Administration which sees this law as a strategic move in its goal to turn the United States of America into the United States of France by replicating the French socialist government. The other planning which has been done is the planning by executives of huge US health care companies for the spending of their enormous bonuses which they expect from the implementation of coverage for 45 million additional Americans.
