AT&T (T -1.2%) and Verizon (VZ -1.2%) shares slump after Baird cuts its rating on both wireless providers to Neutral from Outperform, a day after RBC cut growth estimates on both companies. Baird cites a slowdown in sales growth, ever-increasing data traffic and continued needs for fresh spectrum.

    Let this pass and take the opportunity to add to your positions.


    These companies are NOT going away and with new 4G, ability to bill incrementally is enhanced.


    The only question is, "are people willing to pay as much for their cell phones as they pay in rent?"


    When you compare global prices to ours there is no doubt we handle cell sector exactly like the pharma sector.
