Ohr Pharma prices equity offering

• Ohr Pharmaceuticals (OHRP) prices its public offering of 3,703,794 shares of common stock at $6.75 per share. Underwriters over-allotment is an additional 555,555 shares of stock. Proceeds will fund the clinical development of OHR-102, its preclinical pipeline and general corporate purposes. Closing date is February 11.
