InvenSense (INVN -6.3%) tumbles after Oppenheimer downgrades shares to Perform. The firm is worried about InvenSense's May 15 lockup expiration, which will result in 45% of its float being available, and thinks the motion sensor chip market is more open to competition than previously believed. Both Microsoft's Kinect and rival chipmakers such as STM and MXIM are seen as threats. (previously)
