Enphase generated 2011 revenue of $149.5M (+143% Y/Y), but also a net loss of $32.3M. Finance anyone?

Why price an IPO at $6.00? Ease the transition to five cents?

This is one of the very few solar related stocks worth looking at for right now I think. Not tied to any one type or brand of solar panel, works with most, and the cheaper panels get the better it is for micro inverters.

I am a small solar sales/installation contractor. I use these on all my jobs!!! I believe that this is the future of photo voltaic solar installations. I am hopefull that the companies business side is as good as the product.

It is one of the few inverters that can be done easily by the "guerilla solar" (ie, baypassing the increasing red tape of permits) people for smaller systems. We have been seeing a few more of those lately.

The system cost for large systems is a bit more, but is often offset by lower install costs and easier permitting for the "legal" systems.
