Arrow Electronics to acquire immixGroup

• Arrow Electronics (NYSE:ARW) has agreed to buy immixGroup, an IT solutions provider, and expects to close the deal at the beginning of Q2 2015.
• This acquisition is expected to be $.10 to $.14 accretive to earnings per share in the first year post closing.
