New York AG circles around Papa John's over wages

• A $2M judgement against a Papa John's (NASDAQ:PZZA) franchisee was won by New York State AG Eric Schneiderman.
• The franchisee was paying employees a tipped wage ($5.75/hr) while requiring nondelivery work out of them.
• Schneiderman has hinted that he's considering legal action directly against Papa John's over the issue.
• PZZA hasn't opened for trading yet.
