Yahoo (YHOO) expects annual savings of ~$375M from the layoffs, but will take a pretax charge of $125M-$145M and may incur more related charges. Yahoo says it's identified "a select group of core businesses" that it will focus on," although it doesn't reveal what those ops are. What a tease. Shares reverse premarket losses and are +0.5%
