Total reportedly considers selling U.K.’s Frigg gas pipeline

• Total (TOT +3.7%) is considering a sale of its Frigg natural gas pipeline in the U.K. North Sea, in a deal that could fetch ~$1B, Bloomberg reports.
• TOT already is said to be exploring the sale of part of its 80%-owned Laggan-Tormore natural gas field, which lies west of the Shetland Islands.
• The Frigg U.K. system, which covers ~225 miles, transports natural gas from fields across the North Sea to St. Fergus in Scotland.
