- Energy Fuels (NYSE:UUUU) says it expects life of mine capital costs at is Roca Honda project in New Mexico to fall ~$115M from its prior estimates, part of its updated mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment of its three uranium projects.
- UUUU says the new report reflects the economics of toll milling ore at its White Mesa Mill rather than at a new mill which had previously been planned to be constructed closer to the Roca Honda project site.
- UUUU also says toll milling is preferable because it is expected to substantially reduce time and licensing risks connected with building a new mill.
