U.S. Auto Parts names new CFO

• Neil Watanabe, formerly the COO of discount store chain National Stores, has been named U.S. Auto Parts' (NASDAQ:PRTS) new CFO, effective March 23.
• Michael Yoshida, who has been serving as interim CFO, will go back to being the online auto parts seller's controller.
