- Akamai is leasing the entire sixth and seventh floors at 50 Hampshire in Cambridge, MA. BioMed Realty (NYSE:BMR-OLD) redeveloped the property to bring the rentable square footage to over 200K square feet and last week announced a 33.5K square foot lease with Reed Elsevier.
- With Akamai's deal, the building will be about 50% rented.
