Echelon CFO Slakey departs; successor named

• Bill Slakey, Echelon's (NASDAQ:ELON +0.7%) CFO since 2011, is leaving to "take a position with another company."
• Mike Marszewski, Echelon's accounting chief and a 16-year company vet, will succeed Slakey as CFO, effective April 24.
