- The firm agreed to sell $700M in 5.125% notes due 2023, and $800M in 5.375% notes due 2025.
- Net proceeds will go to retire $1.2B in 8.125% notes due 2019, and $300M in 8.875% notes due 2019.
- The offer should be completed April 28.
