Harley-Davidson (HOG +1%) shares are raised to Buy from Neutral with a $55 price target, up from $50, at Citigroup, which cites expectations of rising motorcycle sales in an improving economy. HOG's U.S. retail sales are up 15%-17% in Q1, Citi estimates, after Q4's 11.8% rise; retail inventory levels are fairly tight, which should help keep used bike prices up.
