Vodafone starts talks to buy Cabovisao from Altice

• After weeks of speculation, Vodafone (NASDAQ:VOD) has reportedly started early talks on a bid for Portugal cable operator Cabovisao, which owner Altice (OTCPK:ATCEY) must sell (along with Oni) in order to get an OK to take over Portugal Telecom.
