Marchex sells most of its domains for $34.8M

• Mobile ad analytics company Marchex (NASDAQ:MCHX) is up 4.2% as it announces it's sharpened its focus by selling most of its domain portfolio for $34.8M plus some earn-out considerations.
• The move includes a $28.1M sale of more than 200K domains to GoDaddy.
• "A significant and growing majority of the consumer engagement and sales driven by mobile advertising happens offline, such as through phone calls," says CEO Pete Christothoulou, pointing to the company's focus on the offline opportunity.
