Ariad Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ARIA) Founder, Chairman & CEO Harvey J. Berger, M.D., will retire upon the earlier of a successor being appointed or December 31. He will serve as a special advisor to the Board and the new CEO after he retires to ensure a smooth transition.
