A judge blocks an attempt to halt the deposition of BofA (BAC) CEO Brian Moynihan in a legal clash with bond insurer MBIA (MBI) in a development that could speed settlement talks between the companies.     The stock is too speculative. A better bet would be their LT bonds. Their MBIA INC 6.625%28DEB DUE 10/01/28 non-callable is yielding close to 10%, they are current in their bond payments and they are selling at a deep discount last quote I have is 69. They were up sharply yesterday.
