After falling 1.4% on its IPO day, distressed-debt buyer Oaktree Capital (OAK -0.8%) is off again today. The decline comes even though the company cut its offering size and priced its shares at the bottom of its expected range. Rival Carlyle (CARL), which will soon begin its IPO roadshow, can't be pleased.
