Brinker (EAT +2.1%) shares respond favorably to yesterday's California Supreme Court decision that employers in the state must provide uninterrupted meal breaks for hourly workers after they are on the clock for more than five hours, but aren't required to make sure those employees do no work during that period.

    As an employer, I applaud this ruling. I am surprised they didn't expect us to spend our entire day making sure our employees take their two 15 minute breaks, hour lunch break, pay for their healthcare, etc... hey! I have nothing better to do.
