Abu Dhabi's International Petroleum Investment Co. plans to offload 1.3B shares in Barclays (BCS) at a large profit. IPIC made its investment less than seven months ago, when it signaled its intention to be a strategic long-term investor in the bank. Shares -13.7% premarket.
