- NYSE:MSCI will receive about 1.2M shares of its stock on May 21 in connection with the settlement of its $300M ASR entered into last September. The company bought back 5.7M shares as part of that ASR.
- Another $550M of the company commitment to return $1B to shareholders by the end of 2016 remains. Since September, $340M has been returned in the form of buybacks and dividends.
