BMO says its checks at a Bazaarvoice (BV) conference suggest the company's customers have only begun monetizing social media, and most were "looking to expand their relationships with Bazaarvoice," whose software helps run social media campaigns. BMO adds it's confident Bazaarvoice, which recently went public, can generate 30%+ revenue growth over the next several years. Facebook's rising ad rates could be evidence of growing interest in this space.
