Obama plans to appoint a 'pay czar' to make sure firms receiving bailout funds abide by executive-pay guidelines. The White House is expected to name Kenneth Feinberg, who oversaw the government's compensation fund for 9/11 victims, as soon as next week.

    This is why socialism doesn't work. Half the workers in the hive have to watch the other workers to make sure they're not wrecking the 5-year plan.

    CEO's have been so overpaid it's ridiculous. I was not, and currently am not, in favor of the bailouts, BUT you're damn well tootin' that I don't want my tax dollars going into some lame-ass, money-grubbing, CEO's pocket.
