MeetMe CTO Friedman resigns

• MeetMe (NASDAQ:MEET) discloses CTO Richard Friedman is resigning, effective June 3. He "may serve as a consultant" through year's end, for which MeetMe will pay him bi-weekly installments of $3,802.15.
