- TerraForm (NASDAQ:TERP) has acquired 23MW of solar plants from a subsidiary of energy holding company Integrys Energy. The plants are in six U.S. states, have an average power contract duration of 15 years, and are expected to produce average levered cash available for distribution (CAFD) for $5M/year for the next 10 years.
- As part of the deal, TerraForm is assuming $10M in project debt. The company had a 1.7GW operating asset portfolio as of the end of Q1, and 3.6GW of project drop-down inventory (via SunEdison).
