UMH Properties agrees to buy six manufactured home communities

• The six all-age communities in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan contain a total of 2.2K developed homesites, and the purchase price is about $68.6M.
• The deal is expected to be completed in two tranches, the first during Q3, and the second during Q4.
