Gladstone Commercial inks lease expansion for Columbus property

• Quantum Health will expand into 9.5K square feet currently occupied by Flexicom, and occupy 100% of the 115K square foot building beginning in Dec. 2016.
• Gladstone (NASDAQ:GOOD) acquired the property about one year ago for $11.9M.
