- Eaton (NYSE:ETN) Chief Executive Sandy Cutler will retire at the end of May 2016, to be succeeded by Craig Arnold.
- Arnold, who currently serves as the company's chief operating officer of the Industrial Sector, will become COO on Sept. 1, 2015, and will be appointed chairman and CEO on June 1, 2016.
