Springleaf higher after upgrade

• Springleaf (LEAF +1.4%) should return to the $52-$54 range once the DOJ signs off on the OneMain acquisition, says Macquarie, upgrading to Outperform with $60 price target. Even should the purchase not be approved, says Macquarie, Springleaf could buy back $5B in debt and equity, which should boost the valuation.
