• Holding back the stock of Capital Acquisition Corp. II (CLAC) and its warrants (CLACW) - if you ask the bulls - is the chance shareholders won't approve its purchase of Lindblad Expeditions.
• That chance has appeared to slim this morning as CLAC has set July 8 as the date for a special meeting of stockholders to approve the proposed merger.
