Acacia strikes licensing deals with BMW, Kyocera

• Acacia's (NASDAQ:ACTG -2.8%) Innovative Display Technologies and Delaware Display units has struck a patent licensing deal with BMW's North American unit, thereby ending an Eastern Texas federal lawsuit. The same subsidiaries have also reached a licensing deal/settlement with Kyocera.
• Acacia is following markets lower. Settlements with Verizon/Alltel, Sentry Group, and Coviden were reached last month.
