DDR details Q2 sales and purchases

• DDR purchased two power centers and an adjoining outparcel for $111M during the second quarter, bringing YTD acquisitions to $160M.
• The company also sold seven operating assets and three land parcels for a total of $60M (at the company share). Year-to-date sales are up to $213M.
